What is the difference between AI Concierge and Pro?
AI Concierge handles text conversations on WhatsApp and your website. Pro adds phone calls, voice booking, call summaries and an agreed outbound calling workflow.
Where is our patient data stored?
In your own accounts. Conversations sit in your messaging account, appointments in your booking system and analytics in a workspace you own. MHub does not hold patient data in a central system.
Is monthly support mandatory?
No. Ongoing support is optional. AI usage, messaging fees, call minutes and required third-party subscriptions are billed separately and explained in your proposal.
